was incorporated in Malaysia since Year 2011.

We have over the years built expertise and capabilities in building construction and we are certified by ISO 9001:2015 for certification of quality management system.

WHO WE ARE

As a main contractor, we are involved in day-to-day management and implementation of construction projects awarded to it.

We are principally involved in the construction industry and has tendered various construction projects which includes commercial building, residential housing, industrial buildings (e.g. factories) and infrastructure works.

We coordinate the work of all parties on the construction project sites, procuring construction materials as well as ensuring that the construction project is on schedule. The success of delivering all the awarded contract projects has proved the capability and commitment of our young and dynamic team in handling the overall projects, which are key factors in our Company’s continued success.

We are registered as Grade 7 contractor with Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (“CIDB”) for the categories of :

B04 (Building General Works)
B10 (Internal Plumbing System)
CE19 (Sewerage System)
CE20 (Water Supply System)
CE21 (General Civil Engineering Works)
M15 (Miscellaneous Mechanical Equipment)

We are also a registered contractor under

Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (“SPAN”) for the category of “Permit IPA Jenis C (Sewerage & Water Supply)”
CIDB for the Certification of Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan (“SPKK”) for the Company to tender government projects
Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (“IWK”) for the Company to tender IWK projects

The G7 registration allows us to tender for construction projects in Malaysia that are of unlimited value. We have also achieved a rating of 3 Star out of 5 Star by CIDB. Our projects have been assessed by CIDB under Quality Assessment System in Construction (“QLASSIC”) Programme and our QLASSIC score is also constantly improving from time to time.

WHAT WE DO

We construct residential projects including bungalows and terrace house; commercial projects which such as corporate office and shop office.

We are also involved in the provision of civil construction works which are embedded in its building construction contracts such as local infrastructure works which includes road works, drainage works, sewerage, water reticulation works and M&E infrastructure for projects undertaken by us.

We aim to further enhance its operation management and has taken the following steps to achieve it:

In the midst of applying for OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System
To continue the process of applying certification of Quality Environment (5S) System and Lean Management System for our Company to create a healthy, comfortable and productive life for everyone at work.
